愛就是相互理解


生活真的不容易

挑戰很多
委屈很多
如果不能正面思考
那真的就鬱卒了
尤其是當情緒負面狀態發作時
更要謹言慎行
因為一不小心
會傷了對方也委屈了自己
更糟糕的是
把自己往下一個難關推進
所以要主動給自己加油打氣
也要給對方一個大大的鼓勵
告訴正在為生活打拚的你:
「加油!你真棒!你可以的!」

Many challenges
A lot of grievances
If you can't think positively
That would be really depressing
Especially when negative emotional states occur
Be more cautious in your words and deeds
because of accident
It will hurt the other party and wrong yourself.
Worse
Push yourself to the next difficulty
So take the initiative to cheer yourself up
Also give the other person a big encouragement
Tell this to you who are struggling for life:
"Come on! You're awesome! You can do it!"
